Bull and
Colleen the
Cow
Boris
They met at elementary school
They talked after class
And while eating some grass,
they bumped into
Morris the mule
Now
Morris, he was a smart mule
The smartest mule in his school
In fact, there was no class that
Morris couldn't pass
Now
Boris said,
Morris, now that I've got you here,
there's something that I don't understand.
Why bother waking up, day after day,
just to walk these same twelve acres of land?
Now
Mor ris deep in thought,
he shook his head
And said,
Boris, I'll get back to you soon
Just then the evening set in,
and the sun
Gave way to the moon
Boris the
Bull had to question the meaning of life
Why are some cows happy
and others full of strife?
Must we go through each day
Simply looking for another
bite of hay?
Soon
Boris and
Colleen had two kids,
two young calves named
Eddie and
Will
And when those little cows were born, that couple with horns,
they had such a magnificent thread
Boris called
Morris on the telephone,
and he offered up this simple advice
He said, you can't always be happy,
yes, you can always be nice
And
Boris the
Bull had to question the meaning of life
Why are some cows happy
and others full of strife?
Must we go through each day
Simply looking for another
bite of hay?
Simply looking for another
bite of hay
